I was born in Richmond, Virginia but spent the majority of my childhood in Versailles, Kentucky (pronounced Ver-sails because…it’s Kentucky). I trusted Christ for my salvation in 6th grade but it wasn’t until my freshmen year at the University of Georgia that the reality of God’s grace really sank in. Upon graduating from UGA I moved to Titanyen, Haiti to serve as an intern at Mission of Hope, one of Watermark’s international missions partners. This is where I first made contact with members of Watermark.
While hosting a family trip over Thanksgiving of 2015 I was encouraged to consider Watermark’s Residency Program. It was as I considered this next step that I felt the Lord call me to vocational ministry. After 11 months in Haiti I moved to Dallas for The Residency and worked for The Porch. Now I have the pleasure and privilege of leading our Frontlines ministry alongside an amazing team. I love the opportunity I have as a member of this team to welcome others to Watermark as Christ has welcomed me into relationship with the Father; a relationship made possible by grace through faith, not a result of works so that no man may boast.
