If you are administratively gifted and would like to submit a general application for any future assistant positions, our team is always actively looking for people who have a passion for supporting staff teams and serving behind the scenes. Administrative Assistant candidates must possess a high level of hospitality, excellent organization, strong communication, and seasoned administrative skills. Two years of office administration is preferred.
The Wake Director (grades 6-8) leads the vision and direction of Wake, helping students to be known & accepted, taught about Jesus, and challenged to grow. This role is responsible for overseeing the Wake staff team as they encourage, equip and connect with Small Group leaders, coordinating teaching opportunities, planning and executing events & retreats that create environments for students to grow in their faith. The Wake Director works closely with the Students Director as they aim to guide future generations to follow Jesus, and be the church.
Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our Preschool team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers; you’ll write fun, engaging, and evangelistic curriculum; you’ll create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. Watermark Resources is looking to add our next Event Director to the team. Our desire as a ministry is to bring glory to God by equipping and inspiring churches around the world to be and make disciples. This role is responsible for the oversight and management of all Resources events (CLC, Re:generation and Re|engage Training Conferences, regional conferences, etc.). Responsibilities include project management of team members, collaboration with other ministry and support teams, problem solving, providing vision and direction for events, and more. The Director of Finance and HR oversees Watermark’s financial operations (e.g. budgeting and planning), risk management (e.g. property & casualty insurance), and HR function. It’s a dynamic team leadership role within our Operations department, which handles the behind-the-scenes business affairs of the church. We are looking for someone with a business brain and a pastoral heart. In terms of practical focus, the role is ~70% Finance / ~30% HR.
The Women’s Community Formation Director is primarily responsible for shepherding new Women’s Community Groups through the Launch process (first 6-8 weeks together), including recruitment and development of new launchers, pastoral care for Launch Groups, and general follow-up for in-process members. Additionally, they partner with the Director of Community Formation in the ministry oversight and daily operation of the Women’s Community Formation process, supporting the introduction and connection of individuals to new Community Groups. Anticipated late-August start date.
The Director of Membership leads the vision and direction of membership, serves as the primary class communicator, oversees weekend baptisms, and provides Frontlines oversight. This role is responsible for ongoing volunteer theological training and discipleship, new attendee care, and staff management. The Director of Membership leads several large volunteer teams and works closely with the Director of Connecting to oversee the connecting opportunities at Watermark.
