If you are administratively gifted and would like to submit a general application for any future assistant positions, our team is always actively looking for people who have a passion for supporting staff teams and serving behind the scenes. Administrative Assistant candidates must possess a high level of hospitality, excellent organization, strong communication, and seasoned administrative skills. Two years of office administration is preferred.
The Watermark Production Team is looking for an individual who can use their gifts to support the church through campus maintenance and equipment upgrades, technology assistance, and providing staffing for event operations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing updates to audiovisual systems, training ministries on new and existing systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and other various projects at the direction of the engineer in charge. The systems engineer is someone who has a heart for supporting ministry through technology and possesses experience with various production systems including, but not limited to, projectors, stage lighting, and AV networks.
The Kids Midweek ministry is in search of a Team Leader to join our Monday evening leadership team that serves our Care Ministries. Our team is passionate about Jesus and serving the families and kids that attend our midweek events. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a midweek ministry event by completing administrative tasks to ensure the operations and programming of Kids Midweek Ministry. Watermark is seeking a Kids Director to help guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We are searching for an experienced leader with 5+ years of experience in full-time pastoral ministry and a passion for ministering to children. This leader will direct, supervise, develop, and evaluate a large team of church staff and volunteer disciple-makers. The Watermark Worship Team is looking for a follower of Christ who is passionate about music and gifted in the skills of administration, leading through worship, and vocal coaching. As the Worship Assistant, you will have administrative responsibilities surrounding inbox, calendar, and budget management, as well as coordination of Worship Team events and meetings. You will also assist the team through musical and ministerial responsibilities including, but not limited to, leading worship regularly and discipling/developing other female worship volunteers. The Worship Assistant is someone who is organized, musically gifted, and willing to serve in a variety of capacities.
The Watermark Kids Team is looking for someone who is passionate for the future generations to assist directors and provide general administrative support for the preschool, elementary, and midweek ministries. In this role, you will support the Kids director by providing executive assistant help through managing emails, schedules and coordination; you will help oversee Kids Welcome Team on Sundays; you will assist in planning events for the team and serve as the primary contact for general inquiries regarding the Kids ministry. The Kids Assistant possesses excellent communication and organization skills while having a heart to serve the younger generation.
Watermark Kids is looking for someone to join our Preschool Team to help us guide future generations to follow Jesus and be the church. We want a person who anticipates needs, takes initiative to solve problems, and does so while caring for the person right in front of them. You will recruit, train, and shepherd volunteers; you’ll write fun, engaging, and evangelistic curriculum; you’ll create spaces where kids are seen and welcomed, taught about Jesus, and safe and secure. The Accounting Operations Specialist plays a key role in executing accounting and internal control processes to ensure Watermark maintains accurate financial data, compliance with accounting standards, and effective reporting for leadership. The ideal candidate is a CPA or pursuing a CPA, is detail-oriented, and demonstrates strong Microsoft Excel and organizational skills. This individual should also be passionate about biblical financial stewardship, coachable, and an effective communicator who thrives in a dynamic environment.
